Shanghai- and Paris-based Chinese multimedia artist Yi Zhou, whose work was seen last year as part of Phillip Lim’s “4 X 3.1″ project, at Nicola Formichetti’s “Nicola&rsquo lv官方網台灣;s&rdquo lv官方網; Pop-Up in New York, and more recently in luxury eyewear brand Persol’s “8 Days of Persol” ad campaign, linked up with yet another big name last week, taking part in the grand opening of Chanel&rsquo lv官方網;s globetrotting “The Little Black Jacket” exhibition as it pulled into Hong Kong lv新款3折賣. Along with portraits of Chinese stars like Tang Wei, a photo of Yi Zhou by Karl Lagerfeld was included in the show.
Currently working with the Parisian jewelry brand La Maison Gripoix on a capsule collection lv包包, Yi Zhou was recently named as Gripoix’s co-art director, along with founder Marie Keslassy.
